I bet you there have been more naked male actors/dancers in Broadway and off-Broadway stage shows than there have been naked female actors. It’s really getting out of hand! Is nothing sacred? Ok, let me stop laughing for a moment. There, I’m composed.  Seriously, what’s with Playwright, David Bell? Seems like every single one of his plays revolves around cavorting naked dudes. Perhaps this demands further investigation. I think I absolutely must book tickets at the Stray Cat theater to see what Bell’s latest spectacle, “Sex Sells – But at What Price?” is all about.   Here’s the skinny of what I do know…. The play, directed by Damon Dering whose infamous nudie-show farces include “Naked Boys Running Around Naked” and “Drunk Frat Boys Making Porn”, gathers his flock, the Integrity Players, on stage for yet another jaw-dropping guaranteed to be a financially successful stage hit.

Fundamentalists, feminist lesbian-dykes, and gay boys who cringe at the site of exposed pussy need not fret; there is no female nudity in this play. Only the boys go full frontal. Typical!

“Sex Sells…” first run starts February 12 through the 27th.
